11.42 surveyed acres of native pasture with service road frontage to state highway 183 north. This acreage was cropland which has been allowed to return to native vegetation, grasses and trees and is fenced on the west and north sides with permanent barbed wire. A new survey was just completed. This land is considered prime commercial land with its proximity to a state highway and just outside the city limits.
