This 1.693 acres was part of a larger track. TxDot took part of the larger Track back in the 70's and split off this 1.693 & The other part of this larger track was just sold on other side of i 45.. & City probably has not updated their records... This piece does have Atmos Gas pipeline on it & some of their permanent equipment.. There's a billboard on Property and Owner Seller owns it - it's leased out - will pass to new owner...
