	Melissa Stevenson, ABR Lead Buyer Specialist 214-908-3241 melissa@tommypennington.com Melissa is an Accredited Buyers Representative and Lead Buyers Specialist for the Tommy Pennington Realty Group. She is a life long resident of the Colleyville area and a graduate of Texas Tech University with a degree in business administration. Having represented buyers in over 60 home transactions, Melissa is proficient in every phase of home buying. She specializes in exceeding her customers expectations and truly loves helping clients find their dream homes. Melissa is actively involved in various community organizations including the Greater Southlake Women's Society and volunteers much of her free time at her daughter's school and sporting events.
	Carrie Canter Buyer Specialist 817-437-0346 carrie@tommypennington.com Carrie Canter is a 7 year resident of the Southlake area and has lived in the DFW Metroplex since 1990. She is married and has two children, 7 and 11 years old, both of whom attend the Southlake Carroll schools. Carrie is an active volunteer in the local schools and in youth sports, having served as PTO President, youth soccer and basketball coach, and treasurer of 3 local school board elections. Until 2000, Carrie was a securities lawyer, working for the United States Securities and Exchange Commission and for a top Dallas money management firm managing over $40 billion in assets. After 2000, she formed her own consulting practice where she advised local money management firms in the area of securities law compliance. In 2005, Carrie decided to become a real estate agent in order to leverage her contracts experience, negotiation skills, and her extensive knowledge of Southlake and the surrounding communities. In the last 12 months alone, Carrie has represented buyers and sellers in real estate transactions exceeding $6.5 million.
	Tanya Ferris, ABR Buyer Specialist 817-328-1375 tanya@tommypennington.com Tanya moved to the DFW metroplex in 1997. Tanya has 3 children all of whom attend Southlake Carroll schools. While Tanya’s career background in sales and marketing is a plus for her clients, it is Tanya’s personal experience buying and selling homes along with her first hand knowledge of the challenges families face being relocated that truly make her an exceptional buyer’s agent. As the daughter of an architect, she spent part of her childhood living overseas in Europe and Asia. Since she has been married, career advancements have relocated Tanya’s family multiple times; including stops in Florida, Connecticut and North Carolina. Having had the experience of being relocated, and personally understanding the needs of buyers inspired Tanya to become a buyer’s agent. 	Anne Marie Foster Buyer Specialist 817-320-9477 annemarie@tommypennington.com After numerous corporate relocations, 9 years ago, Anne Marie, her husband and her two sons made Southlake their home. Anne Marie is an active member of the community and the Carroll School District. She has been a PTO board member for seven years, and is currently serving as the Vice President. She is very involved with the local football, basketball and baseball teams. Anne Marie has a strong financial background in investments, insurance and marketing. Anne Marie has maintained and managed her own insurance consulting firm for many years. Several years ago, Anne Marie decided to become a real estate agent to capitalize on her negotiating abilities, communication skills, and to utilize her broad resources in this community. 	Susan Gilchrest Buyer Specialist 817-328-1452 susan@tommypennington.com Susan moved to Southlake in 1997 and now proudly calls Southlake “home”. She and her husband have 2 children who attend Carroll public schools. Susan is actively involved with Carroll ISD athletics, Timarron Country Club and her church. Originally from the East Coast, Susan has a degree in Finance from Boston College and was Valedictorian of her MBA class at Fordham University in New York City. Prior to her career in Real Estate, Susan worked for major corporations in Product Management, Marketing and Sales. This experience strengthens her understanding of the real estate marketplace, buyer/seller dynamics, and contract negotiations on her clients’ behalf. Families relocating into the community will find Susan to be very knowledgeable about the local environment, schools, neighborhoods, extracurricular activities and transitioning families into the area. She helps clients with short relocation timelines to target their home search and then diligently follows the transaction to closing. Susan also works with local residents looking to find their dream house within the community.
	Pam Hammond, ABR 817-328-1397 pam@tommypennington.com Pam Hammond has lived in Southlake for over 6 years and in the DFW Metroplex for 15 years. She has relocated her family multiple times across the country for corporate positions and understands the unique challenges and life changes associated with a major move. She is a native Californian, with a zest for life and a great sense of humor. She has two children, one daughter who graduated from college and is on the road of life and another daughter attending and excelling in Carroll ISD. Pam loves North Texas (except for the heat in august) and is active in the Carroll Band program, youth sports leagues and Greater Southlake Women’s Society. Pam came to Real Estate with over 20 years of sales leadership in the technology field where she was a Senior Sales Executive selling IT consulting engagements to Fortune 500 multi national accounts. Pam prides herself on strong professional ethics and negotiation techniques. She is well respected for her in-depth knowledge of the community and helping buyers select a neighborhood that meets their lifestyle. She is an Accredited Buyers’ Representative specializing in existing residential resale and new construction. Pam places her client’s needs first. 	Stephenie Minor Buyer Specialist 817-328-1481 sminor@tommypennington.com Stephenie grew up in Colleyville and enjoys living and working around a large community of family and friends. Even though her two small children attend private school in the area Stephenie and her husband choose to live in Southlake because of its small town feel and big town action. Building houses with her father as a profession cultivated a spirit of admiration for true quality workmanship in home building. This is an attribute that her clients see as a true attribute in pursuing their dream home. Her experience along with her determined drive is what will make working with her a true pleasure.
	Maria Scott Buyer Specialist 214-763-9588 Maria has lived in the DFW Metroplex for 12 years and has been a resident of Southlake since 1999. She is married and has four boys, two of which attend the Southlake Carroll schools. Maria graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Marketing and immediately went into sales with The Eastman Kodak Company. From there, she took her sales, marketing and negotiating experience to a Johnson & Johnson company where she managed large hospital accounts for 8 years. Maria loves working with clients and helping them find the community and home they are looking for. She always provides her clients with the highest level of customer service, dedication and professionalism.
	Missy Nichols Client Services 817-328-1395 missy@tommypennington.com Until her family was relocated to Texas in 2000, Missy was the Vice President of a national recruiting firm based out of Chicago specializing in administrative, sales, management and creative placement. In that position Missy was responsible for the recruiting and the expansion of over 15 new offices around the US. Missy is married with three children ages 9, 6 and 5. She is a very active member of the community volunteering countless hours to her kids elementary school PTO, co-chairing two major fundraising events benefiting the Southlake Carroll ISD as well as sitting on the social committee of Timarron Country Club. Having experienced the relocation process herself, Missy is acutely aware of the stresses, challenges and opportunities facing a family relocating to the DFW Metroplex. As a relocation specialist, Missy has made it her mission to be the resident expert about the schools, neighborhoods, extra curricular activities and other amenities offered in Southlake and the surrounding communities. She has a multitude of resources and personal relationships that she calls upon so that she can provide a relocating family with not only the information they need to make an informed decision as to where they want to live but also to assist a family in making a smooth and happy transition to a new community.
	Cindy Reichert Transaction Coordinator/Office Manager 817-328-1387 cindy@tommypennington.com Cindy Reichert was born and raised in New Jersey and made her way to Texas 6 years ago with short residencies in Philadelphia, Wisconsin and Arizona. She has a BA in History from Widener University. She worked for 17 years in the Electronic Distribution industry as a gal friday, customer service, inside sales and branch manager. She retired for 7 years to raise her 2 children and returned to the workforce approximatley 4 years ago with a local Texas Realtor in an administrative role.
	Jessica Bonanno Marketing Specialist 817-328-1388 jessica@tommypennington.com Jessica is a five year resident of Southlake and has lived in the DFW Metroplex since 1999. She is married and has 5 year old twin boys. Jessica was born and raised in NH with residences in RI and Boston, MA. She has a BA in Business Management from Johnson & Wales University. She worked in the financial services industry for six years with various marketing related positions. Jessica took time off to raise her twin boys and has returned to the workforce sharing her passion for real estate and marketing talents. Jessica understands the complexities of relocating and the importance of identifying a proper realtor. She is dedicated to sharing the expertise the Tommy Pennington Realty Group has to offer to the community and individuals relocating to the area through her marketing efforts.
