Southlake Real Estate Market seems to be slowing. Is it just time for school?
Posted by Tommy Pennington Realty Group on Sunday, August 23rd, 2009 at 7:53pm.The last 3 weekends have been painfully slow. The homes north of the 700,000 price point seem to be even slower. I'm still thinking we will have people come into town after schools starts. There appears to be a group of relocation Buyers that are currently here in the marketplace living in temorary housing. I'm hoping that once their homes sell in other out of state markets, we will see an increase in demand. Stay tuned for the outcome.
